1) Honey scrub

To find soft, radiant skin from head to toe, make a mixture of honey, powdered sugar and a vegetable oil of your choice (in equal parts). You can then possibly add more sugar to thicken the mixture if you want an exfoliating product for rougher or thicker areas (feet and legs). Then, you can rub your body with this scrub before heading into the shower.
Good to know: you can also perform a treatment to exfoliate acne-prone skin using honey, salt and tea tree essential oil. This will remove imperfections all over the body, including acne spots on the back, face, shoulders and neckline.
2) Coffee-based exfoliation to fight stretch marks
Widely used against the dimples caused by cellulite, caffeine is also very effective for help fade stretch marks. Furthermore, the smell of coffee is very addictive. To prepare it, simply take the ripe flesh of this tender fruit and blend it. Then add brown sugar (to be measured according to the thickness and the desired scrubbing effect). You have the dry and damaged hands (or even painful)? To give them softness and a delicate scented effect, head for the vanilla-based exfoliant (which you can of course use elsewhere if you wish!). Simply mix 1 cup of brown sugar with ½ cup of almond oil, then add 3 teaspoons of liquid vanilla extract to add the vanilla scent.
