Save it for later!

Do you remember that commercial for yogurt where a young woman applied it to her skin to show how gentle it was? Well on reflection, it seems that the idea is not that stupid. Yogurt is an excellent base for your care and takes care of your hair, body, face and lips. Here’s how to use it in your routine and enjoy its benefits for the skin.

We obviously advise you to opt for natural organic yogurt or other similar yogurts (such as full-fat stirred, Greek or Bulgarian yogurts).

Mix yogurt with a few drops of lemon juice. Put some on the lips and leave on for about 45 minutes. You can then remove the excess with a cotton pad or lukewarm water and apply a nourishing balm to complete the treatment. This ‘recipe’ is ideal in winter when lips are put to the test. You can make this mixture several times a week.

2) A gentle enzymatic exfoliant for the face

Mix half a yogurt with a few drops of lemon so that the mild acids of the components exfoliate better and add a teaspoon of honey so that the treatment remains effective but not aggressive. Apply as a mask for 15 minutes, rub and finish by rinsing.

3) A gentle makeup remover for the skin

Yogurt fights excess sebum and tightens pores. You can make a mask with yogurt and a teaspoon of honey. When applying, focus on areas where pores are most visible. Leave it on for a quarter of an hour and rinse.

5) Against blackheads (and to facilitate their extraction)
