Tips to know:

1/ No more need for all these anti-aging creams to fight against wrinkles, grandmother has found a way for you that is just as effective and much less expensive! As simple as it may seem, when you sleep, try to sleep on your back as much as possible! In fact, you will completely escape the traces of mattresses, pillows and others on your face. In addition, you will facilitate your digestion, your breathing, and will be in a better position for your bones.

2/ To purify and moisturize your skin, grandmothers found a recipe for a natural cleansing and moisturizing lotion. To make it, you need:

  • a handful of fresh spearmint
  • 6 tablespoons of powdered milk

First, infuse the mint for a few minutes then collect the liquid. Mix the result with powdered milk. Stir vigorously and store the mixture in a jar that you will put in the fridge. Apply this cream every evening before going to bed. Then rinse with clean water. Little extra: once your face is clean and dried, spray it with rose water. Attention! This cream can be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week.

3/ If you want to take care of your hands, you need 3 essential ingredients: baking soda, green clay and raw shea butter.

After mixing equal parts baking soda and clay, massage your hands with this powdery mixture. Once finished, dry yourself with a cloth then apply a large dollop of karate butter directly to your hands. For optimal results, wrap your hands in two socks and leave on overnight. The next day, you will find baby hands! You can also use this recipe to rehydrate your parched feet.

4/ Prepare a homemade depilatory wax: to do this, pour 1 large spoonful of honey and the juice of 1/2 lemon into a saucepan. Heat until the mixture caramelizes. Let cool for a few minutes then spread directly on your skin. Pull sharply as you would with a traditional wax.
