Are you looking for a nice natural dye for a fabric? Be smart and reuse your food scraps to dye your laundry! For example, you can use onion skin, rhubarb leaves… or avocado skin of course! To do this, collect the skins and pits of four to five avocados minimum for around 3 liters of water (you can increase to seven or eight remains depending on the desired intensity). You then have to boil everything gently for about an hour to release the tannins. You will gradually see the water turn red.
