For several years, smoothies have been popular. Rich in fruits and vegetables, seeds and aromatic herbs, they are also very pleasant in summer to cool off. However, there is no question of drinking industrial smoothies which are only refined sugars and very harmful unpronounceable ingredients (preservatives, etc.)! After our ideas for smoothie recipes to boost your tan, opt for a slimming smoothie to treat yourself without worrying about your figure.
Be careful, however, to avoid the biggest pitfalls!
To make balanced smoothies, did you know, for example, that you shouldn’t just rely on fruits, the latter providing too much fructose which will cause your blood sugar to explode in less than two! Yes! fruity does not necessarily mean healthy… To avoid unwanted fat storage, give pride of place to proteins, vegetables (spinach, etc.), but also “superfoods”. And above all, remember that a smoothie, whether slimming or not, must be consumed within half an hour of preparation. Otherwise, vitamins and nutrients are destroyed!
