It may also be possible to apply it as a mask diluted in a vegetable oil (coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, avocado oil, etc.). Adopting good reflexes can indeed help limit the appearance of dandruff and improve the general health of your scalp.

To limit the occurrence of dandruff, don’t wash your hair too frequently. Excessive washing risks drying out the scalp by eliminating the sebum that protects it.
