Let us remember, however, that the best remedy for sun exposure remains… preventative sunscreen. Never go out without protection. Current formulas do not prevent tanning and generally protect you very well from burned skin as well as premature skin aging and skin cancer (melanoma).
1) Tomatoes against sunburn

6) Apple cider vinegar
