This is particularly the case for skin that darkens in certain areas such as the neck, elbows, armpits or knees for example. Like small brown spots or pregnancy mask, this is not a medical or hygiene problem. Solutions forhyperpigmentation armpits
1) Milk to lighten pigmented armpits
Mix one tablespoon of milk with one tablespoon of curd and two tablespoons of flour to form a dough. Apply to spots under the armpits and leave to act for 15 minutes. Then rinse with clean water. When applied daily, this will reduce the pigmentation of pigment spots.
2) Cucumber and lemon
Every day, mix lemon juice and cucumber juice then add a touch of turmeric to this mixture. This blend is one of the best for blending and removing stains. Start by rubbing cucumber slices on your dark armpits then apply the juice prepared earlier. Rinse with water.
3) The chickpea flour mask
Mix a tablespoon of natural yogurt with another spoon of lemon juice. Add two spoons of chickpea flour and 2 pinches of turmeric. The mixture should form a smooth paste to apply to the armpits and leave for an hour before rinsing with water. During the first two weeks of treatment, do this mask every day then twice a week thereafter to reduce unsightly skin spots.
For hyperpigmentation of elbows and knees
1) Sugar and olive oil
Make a mixture of equal parts sugar and olive oil and massage this mixture on your elbows or knees for about 5 minutes. Then rinse by cleaning the skin with mild soap and warm water. Do this every day until you obtain the desired results then do this scrub once a week for maintenance.
2) Lemon juice
You can use just lemon juice or mix it with a tablespoon of honey. Use this directly on the skin and rub for a few minutes before leaving it on (around 20 minutes). Then wash with soapy water and apply a cream to nourish the skin.
3) The almond
Every evening, apply a little warm almond oil to the areas to be treated. You can also mix 2 tablespoons of almond powder with natural yogurt and apply this thick paste. Let dry then with a wet finger, emulsify using circular movements. Rinse with ice water. Do this 1 or 2 times a day.
Hyperpigmentation of the neck
1) Baking soda
Make a mixture with 3 spoons of bicarbonate for 1 spoon of water. Apply this thick paste on the skin of the neck and let it dry then rinse with clean water. Do this twice a week.
2) Potato
Grind it and apply everything (juice included) to the skin. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing with ice water. Repeat the same technique every day.
3) Aloe vera
Every day, apply the plant gel to the skin and leave to act for 20 minutes. Then rinse with water.
