250 ml of pure orange juice squeezed by you (not a store-bought ultra-sweet orange juice)

125 ml of hot water

50g honey (make sure you choose real, quality honey)

10 g of turmeric

65 g of natural gelatin

Silicone molds (perfect shape and size for forming dice by cutting for example or special molds for candies, it’s up to you!)

The steps

1) First, make a mixture with orange juice and turmeric. Then add the water and honey.

2) After that, mix everything and let the temperature rise slowly.

3) Sprinkle everything with gelatin without stopping stirring and reduce the heat temperature.

4) Let everything thicken before pouring into the molds. Finally, refrigerate your preparation (do not freeze). After about an hour, it will be ready!

5) Eat them within a week or freeze them for later.
