A homemade wood cleaner that helps revive it

Save it for later!

If woodwork is a must in your cozy nest, you probably know as well as we do that you can’t use everything you want on it. While some products take good care of the wood, others can on the contrary tarnish it. And once you have used the wrong product and the wood is in a bad state, it is not easy to go back! We therefore suggest that you concoct this little lemony cleaner which will make the wood clean and beautiful. With it, you won’t have any unpleasant surprises.

What you need:

  • Olive oil (to nourish and waterproof)
  • Lemon juice, if possible fresh (degreases and deodorizes + antifungal)
  • Lemon essential oil (antiseptic, bactericidal and deodorizing)
  • A clean and empty bottle (with spray or not)
  • Recommended: a funnel so as not to put it everywhere!

The steps:

1) In your bottle, pour five tablespoons of olive oil.

5) To use it, simply take (or spray) a small amount and wipe with a microfiber cloth. There is no need to rinse after use or dilute with water to use.
