Why is the mixture of baking soda and white vinegar not unanimously accepted?

When we mix these two elements, we obtain a non-toxic effervescent chemical reaction. It presents no health risk and is linked to the acid and base association. Three elements result: the carbon dioxide (a constituent found in ambient air), water and a type of salt (acetate). To put things more simply and schematically: during this chemical reaction, the two elements neutralize each other and ultimately give… simple float!
