Do you like to take care of yourself and pamper yourself from head to toe? We understand you, because it’s very pleasant and it’s good for your morale! If you also like being able to do it naturally and with what you probably already have in your cupboards, then this article will give you lots of good ideas.
1) Against oily hair
Add two or three tablespoons of salt (sea salt if possible) directly to your shampoo bottle. This will help you space out washes by preventing your roots from getting greasy too quickly. You can also obtain good results with lemon essential oil (details and dosages can be found on this link).
With your shampoo and salt, you can also carry out a detoxifying treatment to restore volume to hair weighed down by products and tired. This removes impurities and effectively revives them. Find the details of this tip right here.
2) To give yourself longer, stronger eyelashes and less sparse eyebrows
In a cleaned and sterilized old mascara tube, fill a quarter with castor oil, another quarter with aloe vera, and the remaining half with vitamin E. Mix and use a small amount every night before to go to bed.
3) A treatment against dark circles and bags under your eyes and to refresh your eyes
Save the coffee grounds to mix in equal proportions with coconut oil. Apply this mask under your eyes and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. You can do this treatment three to four times a week for more effectiveness.
4) Firm your skin with a homemade anti-cellulite wrap
Once a week, make a mixture of five spoons of clay, two spoons of ginger and ten spoons of lukewarm water. Apply everything to the areas to be treated and wrap everything in cellophane. After an hour of application, remove the cellophane and take a hot shower.
5) Long-lasting hair removal with this homemade sugar wax
For perfect hair removal without ingrown hairs or irritation, sugar wax is all you need. In a saucepan, “caramelize” over low heat 1/4 of a glass of lemon juice, two glasses of sugar and 1/4 of a glass of water. Let everything cool before applying it in “strips” to your legs in the direction of hair growth. Pull sharply in the opposite direction of the push.
6) Treatment for beautiful, strong nails
In an old clean nail polish bottle (if possible, for easier use), mix equal parts of honey and coconut oil with a few drops of lavender essential oil. Apply this treatment regularly to your nails and cuticles and massage well.
