Baking soda is a bit of a miracle ingredient: cooking, cleaning and even gardening, but did you know that it is also very effective in combating your skin problems? Now yes. 1 – Baking soda and water

What you need:

– a tablespoon of baking soda (10 g)
– tablespoon of water (10 ml)

The steps:

To prepare, simply mix the ingredients until a paste forms. Then apply the paste to your face (or that of your neighbor) using small circular massages. Leave on for 25 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

2 – Bicarbonate and oatmeal, ideal for fighting acne

What you need:

– 2 tablespoons of baking soda (20 g)
– 2 tablespoons of oat flour (20 g)
– 1 tablespoon of water (10 ml)

The steps:

To prepare, mix your ingredients until you obtain a paste. Apply it to clean face, leave on for about 30 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

3 – Baking soda and milk

What you need:

– 1 tablespoon of baking soda (10 g)
– 1 tablespoon of milk (10 ml)

The steps:

As with the first two mixtures, mix your ingredients until you obtain a paste. Then apply it to your face using small circular massages. Leave on for 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.

4 – Bicarbonate and olive oil

What you need:

– 1 tablespoon of baking soda (10 g)
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil (16 g)
– 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water (10 g)

The steps:

To prepare, start by mixing the olive oil and baking soda. Then add the water and mix everything until you obtain a paste. Apply the mixture to the face using small circular massages. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
