A natural duo that will remove all stains from your clothes

Save it for later!

No matter how much we test everything, certain stains will always find a way to resist and drive us crazy! After having tried everything and washing a series of washes, we sometimes even think that the linen or garment in question is finished. This recently happened to Grand-Mère who never lets herself be impressed by stains thanks to the many techniques she knows and shares on this site! Her lovely tablecloth suffered major damage during a lively family meal. While she was reluctantly ready to recycle it to make tea towels, she remembered a secret tip that she got from her own grandmother… a memory that saved her tablecloth at the last minute and that you is revealed in this article!

What you need:

  • Lemon juice (to choose, choose a fresh organic lemon, but a bottle of lemon juice will also do the trick)

The steps:

1) Pour lemon juice on the stain in question.

2) Place the laundry or clothing in a sunny area.

3) Let the sun do its magic for about an hour and when the stain is no longer there, put it all in the washing machine.

This technique is a great classic against poop stains on baby clothes and will surprise you on white laundry.

To avoid discoloring or bleaching the treated laundry if it is colored, test the tip on an invisible corner of the fabric before venturing onto the stain… it would be a shame to remove the dirt and replace it with a discolored corner. For colored fabrics, you can also test another very effective duo that we presented to you a few months ago.
