In the moment of inspiration, you may find yourself giving brush strokes a little too energetically and discovering your garment with numerous stains. Most often, it is also a simple matter of clumsiness and bad luck. And while having a constellation of spots of color can give an interesting style, most of the time, we would do without it. To remove these stains, try this slightly surprising but above all, devilishly effective technique!
Otherwise, find another article here with three solutions against paint stains.
What you need:
- Antibacterial hand gel which contains ethanol (or ethyl alcohol), this is the solvent which will remove the stains
- An old toothbrush
The steps:
1) Lay the garment flat on a flat, clean surface (like a table).
2) Pour a generous dose of antibacterial gel onto the toothbrush.
3) Rub the stain using small circular motions. Little by little, the stain will eventually disappear.
4) Don’t be afraid to add more hand gel to your brush as you go. Rubbing will take a little time, but will work like a charm.
5) When the stain is gone, put the garment in the washing machine as you normally would.
NB: If you are afraid that the colors will bleed due to the gel, you can test the solution on a less visible corner of the garment beforehand.
