Finally, you wonder if you can put your food processor in the dishwasher ? Before disassembling it, check the instructions for use. Most of the tools (ice cream maker, chopper, bowl, etc.) on more recent robots can in fact go there without risk. However, it is better to make sure beforehand so as not to have any unpleasant surprises. And of course, again, don’t put the part with the motor inside!

2) Pre-wash the bowl of a food processor

To find an impeccable mixer robot, you can pre-wash to make cleaning easier. To do this, pour water and a little bicarbonate into the robot bowl. Then, run for about 30 seconds at full power before proceeding with the classic cleaning with water and dishwashing detergent. This will allow it to effectively remove and deodorize.

Good to know: For a simple blender with a lid, you can pour hot water and two-three drops of dishwashing liquid into it before starting and a long rinse. This will be more than enough.

3) Clean a very dirty food processor

For a very dirty robot, cleaning by hand may not always be enough. In this case, pour 500 ml of hot water into the container and add 3 spoonfuls of soda crystals.
