Firstly, it will absolutely not be suitable for dislodging large blockages in the pipes. In this case, it will be necessary to rely on more radical natural solutions against stagnant water. On the other hand, we can rely on it when the water has a little difficulty draining or even on a daily basis, to prevent small traffic jams which could form.

To avoid making any mistakes, emptying the entire contents of the coffee filter into the sink drain is out of the question! Put one or two tablespoons and rinse immediately with a long stream of hot water or a liter of boiling water. The action of the grains and very hot water will maintain the pipes without any false note and will prevent fatty deposits from adhering to the walls. In addition, this rinsing is crucial, because if it were to harden and dry, the coffee grounds could block your ducts and do more good than harm.
