Save it for later!

We often have a cream for everything: for hands, feet, face, wrinkles, spots… Put together, all these creams (even inexpensive ones) still constitute a substantial budget. This is why we suggest you make this gel that is good for the skin and calms the skin in the event of a skin condition. It also helps treat common skin problems, but often perceived as unsightly, such as fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, pigment spots, scars, sunburns, etc. This gel will strengthen the skin and repair it naturally while allowing to heal small wounds.

The ingredients of this gel that takes care of everything:

  • 7 tablespoons (or 100 g) unrefined virgin coconut oil
  • The same amount of aloe vera gel
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • Airtight glass container

The steps:

1) Put the aloe vera gel in a container. Add the coconut oil and mix well.

2) After stirring for 3 to 5 minutes, you will have obtained a fairly smooth and homogeneous mixture, you can add the essential oil and continue stirring.

3) Transfer this mixture into your glass bottle. It will need to be stored in a cool, dry place.

Use this mixture after your daily shower. The skin is then very receptive to treatments and absorbs them better. Take a small amount of gel and apply it to the skin using circular massages to the areas to be treated. There is no need to rinse, but remove the residue with a cloth after an hour of application.

Why does this gel work so well on our skin conditions?

L’aloe vera helps calm irritations and relieve allergic reactions or even reduce pigment spots (brown spots linked to skin aging or pregnancy mask). L’coconut oil is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Ultimately, this very effective mixture offers the skin a cocktail of enzymes, vitamins and minerals with healing, anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties for damaged skin or skin subjected to external aggressions (UV, pollution, etc.).
