What you will need:

– 60 g of fresh parsley

– 120 ml of water

– an ice cube tray

How does it work?

1. Mix the parsley and water in a cup.

2. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray then place everything in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

3. Wrap an ice cube in a compress, cotton wool or a clean tissue.

4. Apply everything to the hematoma area for around twenty minutes (the ice cube should not be in direct contact with the skin).

5. Repeat the operation if necessary.
