those things we always forget to clean

Save it for later!

Spring cleaning is a tradition in many homes once the warm weather returns. And what’s more, being confined to our homes due to the coronavirus, we have more time to pamper our interiors in order to stave off boredom! We therefore tackle the most obvious household tasks: dusting, vacuuming, degreasing the hob, cleaning the joints or redoing them, polishing all the windows, descaling the toilets, sorting out the house. (clothes, paperwork, etc.), etc. For the most motivated, there is also cleaning the dishwasher, the oven or the washing machine. You can even have fun concocting your own homemade household products using natural ingredients. But once all these tasks are accomplished, it’s not over! Grandma made a list of all the things we always forget to clean.

You will find tips and advice for cleaning the items mentioned on our site. Just do a search! And if you can’t find it, consider asking the question on our Facebook support group where all questions about housekeeping, gardening or health are welcome. But in general, a little lemon juice, hot white vinegar or hot soapy water (black soap, Marseille soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.) on a cloth or a paste of baking soda and water should do the job. the trick for removing dirt! Soda crystals diluted in hot water on a microfiber cloth will also be tough on dirt. Stubborn stains and bad odors will not resist you 😉
