How to reboost tired plants? (care, natural fertilizers, etc.)

To bring plants close to death back to life, it is above all necessary to re-evaluate their environment and the care provided on a daily basis. Even if plants don’t like to move, make sure the plant gets the right amount of light. Too much shade or direct light can indeed weaken it. So adjust its location if necessary.

Also check if the soil is too dry or too wet and always adapt watering according to the specific needs of each plant. Some are real camels with limited needs, while others will appreciate gardeners who will take care to water them more constantly. In all cases, regular but moderate watering remains preferable so as not to drown the roots or rot the plant.

In addition, cut off yellowed or dead leaves to encourage new growth. Moreover, consider repotting if roots seem cramped. Then repot the plant in a slightly larger pot with fresh potting soil.

Other natural treatments

Besides banana peel, you can also use coffee grounds or eggshells as green manure for your plantations. Clearly, the simplest gardening tips really are the best, especially when it allows us to recycle our food waste!

Otherwise, a little homemade compost or vermicompost on the ground would also enrich the earth with nutrients, just like a good nettle infusiona natural fertilizer rich in nitrogen excellent for stimulating growth. Additionally, for indoor plants, spray the leaves with water to increase humidity, especially in winter. Finally, turn the plant regularly so that it receives light evenly and avoids leaning over.

By applying these treatments, your plants in poor condition should regain vigor and shine in a few weeks.
